Performance Assessments
Go Lean performs assessments to help organizations understand their issues and needs. We use the results of the assessments to design specific programs to meet the individual and organizational needs. 
Go Lean uses a variety of information gathering techniques depending on the client's need and the situation. We observe processes, interview leaders, employees and customers. We review quality data, budget data, and gather any other information necessary to assess the current status and issues in an organization.
We analyze the data and develop charts, graphs and illustrations to provide our clients with a clear understanding of the results of assessments. We work with our clients to use assessment results to determine areas for improvement and strategies to improve performance.
