Path to Perfect Process (P3) Workshop and Simulation
Our P3 Workshop and Simulation provide a foundation for implementing lean tools to eliminate waste and improve performance across an enterprise. P3 is a mix of facilitated instruction, a simulated building / assembly line process and the application of lean tool. It is scalable in content and focus to meet the needs of a particular level target audience.
The simulation exercise employs a circuit board game that exposes the participants to the application of lean tools in a controlled environment. The simulation takes people out of their daily routine allowing them to learn the benefits of applying lean tools. Once these basic concepts are experienced in this engaging method the learnings are related to their daily job experiences.
Goals of P3
- Develop lean-thinking leaders and deliver superior process performance
- Focus on building value for the customer by identifying and eliminating waste
- Develop the understanding that WASTE is not an abstract concept. Waste can be categorized in specific forms and eliminated by applying lean tools.
